Traci McCarty
- President
-
She is the Visionary as we expand our services to
meet the needs of our Industry -
a native
of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Traci has more than 30
years of gaming industry experience in with the past
thirteen years in executive search for the Gaming
industry. Traci served on the Advisory Board of
UNLVs - International Gaming Program, the Development Board for the Las Vegas
Paiute Indian Tribe and the Board of Directors for American Indian Services.
Traci is a moderator, trainer, and speaker at many Gaming symposiums and holds
several certifications in Human Development and behavior. She is the Mother of
two young adults Chris and
Heather. |

Beverly Purcell - Director
of Executive Placement -
Her common sense, intuition and wisdom help guide
the success of most all our Executive Placements
ensuring the right executive with the right company
and position
a native of Las Vegas - currently living her dream
life just south of Tucson, Arizona. Beverly is
enjoying her 10th year with TMA and is a major
contributor to developing strong customer service
and relations with our clients and candidates.
Beverly was General Manager for a multi office
employment agency for more than six years. Bev also
specializes in employee development and benefits
programs. Beverly is married to world-renowned
artist, Roy Purcell and is mother of 5 Bichons. |

April Hammer
- Administration
Manager - -
She is a stickler for details and is very
thorough with her processes. She is a delight to work with
- a
native of Utah, she is now our Administration Manager responsible for our Data
Management, licensing/regulatory processes, marketing, candidate
research/verifications, assisting our Executive Recruiters with job orders and
our Candidates with travel and relocation. April has been with TMA for the past eight years (she joined us in 1999). She started
with us assisting with Executive Search and Recruiting projects and developed
into a knowledgeable and important part of our team . She also assists with
sourcing qualified candidates, research, in-depth interviewing and debriefing of
our candidates. She is a major part of the excellent customer service TMA
delivers to our Clients and Candidates. April is married to Trevin and has baby
girl, Leah. |

Sue Behn - Executive
Recruiter and Human Resources Consultant -
Sue is great at
assisting clients with determining their needs and
has ensured that TMA stays abreast with new trends,
issues and innovations in our industry. She is also
a wealth of information in Health Care and
non-profits
- with over 20 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries including tribal and health care. Sue specializes in Human Resource Department startups, managing the work flow, performance of employees and aligning Human Resource with products and services to meet corporate goals and initiatives. Sue is a graduate of Ottawa University with a BA in Human Resources. She was a member of the Business Advisory Council for Goodwill Industries and volunteered for the state Mental Health Associations. Sue is married to Jim ( who helps us out, too, and is a member of our team) and has two children and two grandchildren. . |
