EXPERIENCE - We serve our Clients by getting a thorough understanding of your requirements. We search primarily through our contact with an extensive network of qualified and experienced Executives. It is through our contact with them we seek and find the Passive job seekers as well as our own job board and more than 50+ combined years of industry experience and net working. We then assess the qualifications of prospective, qualified executives and present them to our clients based on technical skills, experience, compensation, relocation, personality, family values and overall ability to fill our clients requirements. We fill our clients requests in a timely and cost effective manner to ensure the best people are hired to maximize profits and overall effectiveness and harmony of operations.
 


SITE VISITS - In conjunction with our on-site visits, we regularly consult with Gaming Executives concerning human resource and industry related issues facing todays managers. Our knowledge of regional issues, gaming operations, and human resource development, has helped TMA successfully place hundreds of qualified individuals whose personalities blend with the individual needs of each client, their company and community culture.
 


TRAINING - We reinvest back in to our Industry. In 2006 we began a series of Seminars, in conjunction with Buss Productions (Native American Owned), for Human Resources professionals. The seminars include, procedures, laws, current issues, new technologies and latest trends to improve operations and further develop team members. Training and implementation tools will be offered for all disciplines within Indian Businesses beginning in 2007.
 


RESOURCES - Recognizing the need for easy to access operations resources including, Salary surveys, policies, procedures, forms and current industry news, we created Gaming & Hospitality the eMagazine for the latest in news and solutions specific to our industry. Scheduled release first quarter 2007.
 


LICENSES - TMI holds gaming licenses with several of the State and Tribal jurisdictions we serve.
 


ASSOCIATIONS - To keep current with our industrys issues and opportunities we are members of regional and national associations. National Indian Gaming Association, Arizona Indian Gaming Association, Great Plains Indian Gaming Association, Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association, Washington Indian Gaming Association, Society for Human Resources Management, and Casino Management Association.
