Our Clients can be confident that information disclosed to
Traci McCarty and Associates
during the course of an assignment will remain
confidential. To ensure that this is the case: If
there is a possible conflict of interest between clients or
potential clients, it will be immediately disclosed to
both parties. Traci McCarty and
Associates professionals will not discuss client
matters in a public place nor disclose client
information to third parties.
Traci McCarty and Associates will maintain the
security of client papers and communications. Our Clients
will be kept informed as to progress on their assignment.
Our Clients and Candidates will be updated regularly on the
status of their search and informed immediately if
there are any obstacles or issues impairing a successful
placement. Clients need to be clear that we represent
their interests: In salary negotiations, we represent the
Client's best interests however are fair and reasonable to
the candidate.
Traci McCarty and Associates
will not offer the same candidate to two clients at the same
time (parallel processing).
Traci McCarty and Associates
will not disclose to other clients or potential clients or
in publicity material that they are or have conducted
searches for that client without the permission of the
client.
Traci McCarty and Associates
will only disclose the name of a client to a candidate when
the client gives permission to be represented to this
Client.
Clients need to be confident they are receiving the
best-qualified Candidates prescreened to meet the technical
requirements, experience level, compensation and desired
location of the candidate, fitting with the client
organization: To support this, Traci
McCarty and Associates offers a minimum guarantee
that if the appointed candidate leaves the client
without reasonable cause within at three (3) months of
joining, then Traci McCarty and
Associates will conduct a second search for the
same position at no fee.
