Our Fees |
Our fees
are paid by the Client organization and are a percentage of
the candidates first years base salary. Our fees are due
on the Candidates start date. We recognize the value of the
Clients we serve on a continuous basis. Many of our new
search assignments originate from existing Clients. We are
committed to rewarding continued Client relationships
through special fee discounts and value added services. We
also offer additional savings for multiple placements for
Expansions and new openings.
Whichever option you choose - you receive complete assistant
with the hiring process to know you are hiring the right
person for your company and the position. We offer options
to you as a savings reward based on your commitment level to
filling your positions..
