To Our CLIENTS - Traci McCarty & Associates professionals will not discuss client matters in a public place nor disclose client information to third parties
- Traci McCarty & Associates will maintain the security of client papers and communications
- Our Clients will be kept informed as to progress on their assignment
- Our Clients and Candidates will be updated regularly on the status of their search and informed immediately if there are any obstacles or issues impairing a successful placement
- Clients need to be clear that we represent their interests: In salary negotiations, we represent the Client's best interests however are fair and reasonable to the candidate
- Traci McCarty & Associates will not disclose to other clients or potential clients or in publicity material that they are or have conducted searches for that client without the permission of the client
- Traci McCarty & Associates will only disclose the name of a client to a candidate when the candidate gives permission to be represented by TMA
- Traci McCarty & Associates does not give gifts to Clients or Candidates in excess of $50.00 in value.
UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - Clients need to be confident they are receiving the best-qualified Candidates pre-screened to meet the technical requirements, experience level, compensation and desired location of the candidate, fitting with the client organization. To support this, Traci McCarty & Associates offers an UNCONDITIONAL guarantee: If the selected candidate leaves the client for any reason within three (3) months of joining your team, then Traci McCarty & Associates will conduct a second search for the same position at no additional Search fee.
To Our CANDIDATES Candidates should be protected against risk of exposure that may damage them or their careers: - First and foremost, no candidate will have his or her career or personal information divulged to a client without his or her agreement via email
- We keep Candidate informed on the status of the Search Assignment we have you presented on
- We assist you with each phase of the search assignment
- We assist with relocation advice and resources
- We keep in contact with you after the completion of the assignment to help ensure your success
- Checking of references provided by the candidate will not be conducted without the knowledge and agreement of the candidate. This does not preclude normal candidate search
- Candidate files will only be maintained with the candidate's permission
- We appreciate a Candidate updating us with new contact information and career changes regularly
