Jim recently served a two-year term on the Board of Directors of Pechanga Development Corporation as well as Corporate Officer, overseeing all business enterprises including Pechanga Resort and Casino. He is a member of the Pechanga Band of Mission Indians and has also served on Tribal Council. Jim has over twenty six years of experience in management and leadership development, executive coaching, interpersonal relationships, corporate consulting and training. Over the last fourteen years he has worked exclusively in Indian Country and has helped many tribes increase their effectiveness and success both within the tribal governments as well as their businesses. been working with the Indian Gaming Industry and Tribal Organization
throughout the United States. She is known for her intuitive, caring,
and focused approach to instructing. Perci has a passion for growing
people of all ages, and has a wealth of experience working with the very
young as a Head Start Teacher, with teenagers as a coach and with
adults as a trainer in the professional world. While
working with Native communities throughout the United States, Perci
has successfully combined Native wisdom and universal principles to
assist individuals to discover their personal and professional path to

field for over 30 years. He has done extensive consulting work with the gaming industry and Global
500 companies throughout the world. He has also worked with several government agencies on a variety of projects. Mac is a nationally
recognized speaker on Team and Quality management issues. He is a former
quality examiner for the U.S. Senate Productivity Awards. He has twice
received the "Creative Trainer" Award from the American Society for
Training and Development. Mac is the author of
five books and a contributing author to four additional books. He has
written numerous articles on how companies can create high-performing
teams and raised productive output. His latest book and articles are available on his
website. Mac is a native of Wyoming and earned his BA,
Education, History, Journalism, Public Relations from BYU.
