$4,000.00 plus expenses. We support Employment and
Empowerment of Tribal Members and understand this is
a primary purpose of our Clients businesses. This
is a custom search where we incorporate our
extensive interviewing, reference checking,
debriefing, rating, negotiating and goal setting
processes with your Tribal Candidates. The purpose
is to take Politics out of the process and to help
ensure you hire the right qualified person for the
position to ensure operational success for the

Retained &
Exclusive Search
20% Fee Requires a $5,000. Retainer and use of
our firm exclusively for a reduced fee of 20% for
the Executive Search to begin. This is typically a
senior level position requiring a critical time
frame for placement and absolute confidentiality by
reducing exposure to other entities. We make this a
top priority because our Client is committed to the
urgency of placement. The fee is typically reduced
to 20% of the Candidates first years salary -
offering our Client a significant savings,
confidentiality, timeliness and efficiency for the
search project.

Contingent
Search
30%
Fee - Our Client has the option to view a minimum of
5 pre-qualified candidates for specific positions.
If the Client chooses to hire the candidate(s)
presented then the pre agreed to fee is paid on the
Candidates start date. The fee is typically 30% of
the Candidates first years salary with discounts
for multiple placements and Client continued use of
our services.

We also offer Quantity Placement fees that are
negotiated on an individual bases for openings and
other bulk- hire situations. |
